1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WhatPrompt (the “Service”), including the Chrome extension, mobile app, and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhatPrompt is an AI-powered tool that estimates the prompt used to generate AI images and videos. Results are labeled as “estimated” and should not be considered exact reproductions of original prompts. Where metadata is available, we extract verified data.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Free and Pro Plans

  • Free: 5 reveals per day across all platforms.
  • Pro ($9.99/month or $79.99/year): Unlimited reveals, full history sync, API access, and priority processing.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Abuse rate limits or use automated tools to make excessive requests
  • Resell or redistribute decoded prompts for commercial prompt marketplaces without attribution
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

WhatPrompt provides estimated prompts using AI analysis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of tool identification, prompt estimation, or AI detection confidence scores. Results are for informational and educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

WhatPrompt is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate results, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
